Liberty Mutual approached Jack with a request for a year-long global campaign to reinvigorate employee participation in Liberty Torchbearers, Liberty Mutual’s internal program that encourages its employees to give, volunteer, and serve in support of the causes they care about.

Jack responded with “There’s a Torchbearer in all of us,” a campaign that highlights the potential that any ordinary person has to become a hero by giving, volunteering, or serving through Liberty Torchbearers. This campaign involves a kickoff event that occurred in early 2023, followed by smaller events throughout the year and an updated internal webpage for Liberty employees.

As part of the Liberty team, I worked with account, strategy, and other creatives to create print and digital materials that featured both new and (modified) existing Liberty illustrations.
